On arrival you will be met at the airport transferred to your excellent hotel on the beach.
Day 2.- 4: Full days in Mafia Island
Enjoy diving, swimming with whale sharks or just relax on the white sand, as you prefer.
Day 5: Fly back to Dar es salaam
This is a superb chance to see the whale sharks and to visit Mafia Island Marine Park. This trip is suitable for children and for adults. Though there are permanent residents some of the whale sharks migrate. DAY 1. FLY FROM DAR ES SALAAM TO MAFIA ISLAND
You will be transferred to Dar Es Salaam Domestic Airport to connect with the flight to Mafia at 10:45hrs. On arrival at 11:15hrs at Mafia Airport you will be collected and transfer to your hotel located on the wonderful coast of Mafia. There are a range of hotels available depending on your budget and the standards you require. Please contact us for more details.

DAY 2-4 MAFIA ISLAND
Spend three full days allowing you to take advantage of the activities on offer about the island, water sports such as Scuba diving and snorkeling,whale sharks watching are available and can be organized in advance or at the time as you prefer. The whales shark excursion is an absolute must as these gentle giants provide an unparalleled glimpse into the underwater world. This is a fantastic location for other marine life as well with Tanzania’s first marine park and a turtle sanctuary.

DAY 5: RETURN TO DAR-ES-SALAAM
Today after check out transfer to Mafia Airport will arranged for your flight to Dar es salaam at 12:45hrs
Tour ends
Fly from Dar domestic terminal to Mafia Island – takes about half an hour. This is typically a Cessna Caravan (12 seater). Make sure you obey the 15kg pp weight restrictions. This flight provides some great views.
