Beach

Tanzania, and especially Zanzibar are famous for their miles of white sandy beaches. Some popular, some deserted, but always with warm seas. Almost everyone combines their safari with a stay in on the beach, and most visit the main Zanzibar island of Unguja.

On the Beaches of Tanzania and Zanzibar you can enjoy almost every conceivable beach pastime, from massages, to diving, kite surfing and sunbathing.

The mainland has some very good beaches around Pangani, Sadaani National Park, Kilwa and Mtwara. There are even some excellent spots just outside of Dar es Salaam.

The beach is the most popular way to spend the last few days of your holiday in Tanzania.
